About the Role

Kalaprajna is seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator to develop engaging, high-quality content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagement, with the ability to create content that strengthens brand presence and drives meaningful interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content.
Develop creative concepts aligned with brand objectives and marketing strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging content formats.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, videographers, and clients to produce impactful content.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely content delivery.
Optimize content for engagement, reach, and platform-specific best practices.
Participate in content brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
1–3+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
Strong creative writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Basic photography, videography, and editing skills.
Familiarity with content creation and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
Understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and content optimization techniques.

Preferred Skills

Experience with influencer collaborations and community engagement.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools.
Ability to appear confidently on camera and create presenter-led content.
Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts.
