About the Role

Kalaprajna is looking for an innovative and technically skilled AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience working with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, APIs, and custom software integrations to create scalable automation systems for clients and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions for business workflows.

• Integrate AI models, APIs, and third-party applications to automate repetitive tasks and business processes.

• Build intelligent chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated customer engagement systems.

• Develop and maintain automation workflows using no-code, low-code, and custom development platforms.

• Collaborate with marketing, development, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities.

• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot automation systems to ensure reliability and performance.

• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions for client projects.

• Create technical documentation, process maps, and implementation guides.

• Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices in all automation implementations.

• Provide technical support and training for deployed automation systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• 2–5+ years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or AI implementation.

• Experience with AI platforms, machine learning APIs, and automation tools.

• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, databases, and system integrations.

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.

• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools.

• Knowledge of cloud services and modern web technologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.

• Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, or similar AI ecosystems.

• Experience building AI agents, chatbots, and autonomous workflows.

• Understanding of CRM, ERP, and marketing automation platforms.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization.

• Experience with vector databases, RAG systems, and AI-powered search solutions.
